Several US lawsuits have been filed against DuPont over alleged damage to trees caused by its new herbicide, Imprelis (aminocyclopyrachlor). An Ohio law firm, Neblett, Beard and Arsenault has filed a class action suit against DuPont on behalf of those who claim to have suffered extensive damage to their trees, lawns and gardens after the use of Imprelis. Bayer CropScience plans to introduce a new combination herbicide for use on small-grain cereals in the US in 2013. Currently named TCM 4-Way, the product combines three proven modes of action for the control of grasses and broadleaf weeds in spring and durum wheat, Bayer says.
